The Purchaser agrees to the following agreement made on________, between Roxanne Kranz-Coble,
Silver Palm Cats (Breeder) and___________ (Purchaser):
The kitten's full purchase price is $_______ USD plus shipping/delivery of $________. Deposit in the
amount of $_____ has been received, balance of $_____ is due upon receipt of kitten. If kitten is
shipped payment in full (purchase price plus shipping) is required prior to shipping. Deposit is non-
refundable and retained for liquidated damages if buyer changes their mind or is unable to take
possession of the kitten/cat in a timely manner. Deposit will be returned if for some reason Silver Palm
Cats is unable to place agreed upon cat/kitten with Purchaser.
What to Expect from Silver Palm:
1. Our goal is healthy robust kittens. We guarantee our kittens to be free from
parasites including worms, giardia, coccidia, tritrichomonas foetus, fleas, ear
mites, and ringworm. We also guarantee your kitten to be PKD, FeLV/FIV
negative. If our kitten is found to have one of these conditions at their 72 hour well kitten check up
Silver Palm will pay for treatment up to $100. Kitten must be examined by veterinarian within 72 hours
for this guarantee to be valid.
2. We guarantee a genetically sound kitten. If kitten should die from a genetic defect
within three years from the date of birth Silver Palm will replace the kitten with one of equal value as soon
as possible. A detailed necropsy report from a licensed vet as proof of death from a defect will be
required to be provided by the Purchaser to the Breeder, at Purchaser’s cost. This replacement
guarantee includes PKD, FIP, & genetic defects that resulted in death before 3 years of age.
3. Kittens will have received their first two sets of vaccinations/worming before leaving Silver Palm,
records will be provided upon receipt of kitten. Kittens will need a booster shot between 14 – 16
weeks. Please also discuss rabies shot with your vet. We do not recommend the FIP or FeLV
vaccination.
What we expect from you:
1. Agree to provide properly for the kittens welfare including keeping indoors, feed quality food (we
recommend Royal Canin Kitten), spay/neutering before maturity. Please do not de-claw your kitten.
2. Agree to take kitten to your veterinarian (at buyer’s expense) within 72 hours of receipt to ensure
you have received a healthy kitten. Any health problems should be documented and reported to Silver
Palm immediately.
3. Isolate your new kitten for a few days to a week and give it time to adjust to the new environment
before introducing other pets; and to imprint where his/her litter box will be kept, ideally where the box will
permanently be kept. Moving to a new home can be stressful for the new pet and isolating them in their
own room helps to acclimate them to their new surroundings.
This agreement shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and
all obligations of the parties created hereunder are performable in the County of San Diego, State of
California. Silver Palm Cats aka Roxanne Kranz Coble maximum liability is the purchase price of the
kitten minus shipping.
This Contract of Sale agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the buyer and seller. “I/We
have read all the pages in this contract and agree to all the stipulations”.
